Pour 3 Tbs of Coconut Creme over the back of a spoon on top then Garnish with Fresh Basil, a Lemongrass stalk, and a Lime Wedge. Coat the Rim of a Crystal Glass with Toasted Coconut and Serve.

Mix 6 oz of Collagen-rich chicken or beef stock (Ina Garten’s recipe is a good one here), with 3 Tbs Lime Juice, and 6 oz of V-8 Juice (Or Tomato Juice or Clamato Juice), the desired quantity of your preferred Premium Vodka from the freezer, and 10 to 20 dashes of Shaw’s 166 Ruby Reserve Pepper Sauce. Coat the rim of a pint-size Ball Jar with coarse sea salt mixed with lime zest and serve over ice. Garnish with a strip of fresh red bell pepper, fresh mini-cucumber and a lime wedge.
